Cori Gramescu

Cori is the CEO of Crave Bespoke Nutrition, a fitness and diet coach for women looking to live a healthier life without all the restrictions from typical diets.

Being one of the weight loss success stories as a young adult, I started developing a weight management framework when I realised that, despite losing so much weight, I had no idea how to maintain my results.

My clients are usually women who are pretty much fed up with dieting, feeling overwhelmed and hungry most of the time. They juggle jobs, kids, family duties and most of them have been on a rollercoaster journey of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and self-doubt. I help them reframe their relationship to food by first learning to manage hunger levels, to return their body to a state of balance through nutritious meals, proper rest and mild exercise.


After going through this nutritional journey, my clients know what good nutrition is, how to manage it in a social context and how to regulate negative emotions so they don't start to get in the way of their goals.
